Hardware guarantee and reliability

Our servers include RAID (Soft or Hard) technology. This redundancy guarantees that they will run without interruption and with maximum availability. In the event of one disk failing, the second will take over immediately.

A rigorous quality procedure:

To supply our customers with quality machines, every server produced is systematically subjected to a series of tests to verify technical compliance and correct operation under any conditions. As soon as a machine leaves the production lines, it is installed and connected in our datacentres. A robot then ensures that the hardware is consistent with what the customer ordered, and that performance conforms to the specifications.

We check:

  • The processors (compliance, load test, temperature):
  • The RAM (size, memtest):
  • The BIOS (BIOS version, virtualisation):
  • The disks (speed, S.M.A.R.T. test, firmware versions, etc.)
  • Guaranteed hardware SLA:

    Technicians are on standby 24/7, ready to intervene if your server becomes unavailable and to replace defective hardware components.

    We constantly monitor your servers and let you know if we detect even the slightest sign of a defect. In the event of failure, you will receive an automated email stating the time that the incident was detected. A technician on site in the datacentre will then take charge of it and will launch the diagnostic. We keep you informed and you will receive an update of the incident when we start working on the server.
